Keep Calm And Cardio On

If you have been to my Facebook page then you have seen the workout I posted. It's just a quick little cardio workout that can help jump start your day! I will post it below. Make sure to do it twice to make sure you get at least 10 min. in.
10-burpees
20-push ups
30-jumping jacks
40-squats
50-mountain climbers
60 seconds of plank.
BURPEES
PUSH UP
JUMPING JACKS
SQUATS
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
PLANK
